Meet the Fuse Ladder
We are only one of two studios in the state of Washington to have the Fuse Ladder. This equipment mimics the Pilates Cadillac/Tower and provides a multitude of ways to use resistance to build strength and stamina.
As a Pilates instructor since 2006, I have years of experience working with the different pieces of apparatus that Joe Pilates invented, from the Reformer to the Ped-o-pull, but I have always gravitated to the spring work on the Cadillac/Tower. Less fussy than the Reformer, and in my opinion, offering more variety, the Fuse Ladder builds on the Cadillac/Tower and provides not only its dynamic variety, but acts as an anchor point for other equipment such as TRX, or yoga slings. The ladder itself offers stability when doing body weight training.
The Studio at The Grange has four Fuse Ladders, so I am able to offer small group sessions for two to four people for a challenging class; this is less expensive than a private class but provides more personal attention than a large group class. Find the schedule for Ladder classes or create your own group and contact me to schedule your session.
